Being human is weird, wild, beautiful, and often downright hard - you shouldn’t have to do it alone. I’m a Registered Social Worker with a deep love for glitter and dirt, poetry and play, big questions and belly laughs. For over a decade, I’ve worked in nonprofits and on the frontlines, walking alongside children, families, and communities navigating houselessness, intergenerational trauma, and the weight of systemic harm. My work lives where art meets activism, where healing meets imagination, and where joy dares to grow.
I’m wildly in love with dancing, the earth, vibrant self-expression, fluid ways of being, exploring consciousness, and my dog’s squishy little face. I believe colour is medicine, play is a birthright, and therapy should feel like coming home - not just a space to unpack pain, but a place to remember what’s possible.
I hold space for the parts that feel too tender, too much, or not enough. The playful parts. The wise ones. The ones still hiding under the bed. I’m not here to “fix” you - I’m here to welcome every part of you back into the room. I’m committed to LGBTQIA2S+ care, nurturing a child’s spirit, and a heart-led, culturally responsive practice.
